Process
LTS bills by per-project. Typically the client will initiate contact, we will discuss project details. LTS will then furnish a detailed quote for services. If accepted, a contract for work will be made and signed by both parties.
Terms
Typically half of the fee is due on signing of the contract, and half is due upon LTS delivering all of the work product to the customer. We are available to provide services on a retainer basis, and for select projects we are willing to negotiate terms to offset full or partial consulting fees for equity and/or profit sharing of the product or company.

NDA
LTS will be happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and we have a Template NDA Form that we can provide upon request. Your confidence is taken very seriously, and even if no NDA is ever signed, your intellectual property will always be kept safe and remain YOURS.
Pricing
The typical cost for a full service NPD effort, including concept design, CAD models and drawings will range from $2,500-$5,000+, depending on project complexity. Actual cost to make a prototype can vary greatly, and can range from $1,000-$3,000+. LTS will facilitate the prototyping process, or handle it completely, depending on customer needs.
